What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural & organic essential oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma of these “essential” oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function.

Aromatherapy, which can also be referred as Essential Oil therapy, is the way of utilizing organically extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize as well as enhance the good health of body, brain and soul.  As believed, it requires unifying physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance a person’s innate healing process.
